After months of prayer, discernment, and relationship-building, we are stepping forward in faith to launch Koinonia Selma—with a target launch date of Mother’s Day 2026.
This is not about expanding a brand.
This is about multiplying ministry and extending God’s presence into a community that needs it.
Why Selma? Why Now?
Selma is a growing community with real spiritual need—especially among families. We believe God has opened a door for Koinonia to bring a healthy, Presence-centered, Spirit-empowered church into this city.
Through a prayerful merger process with New Day Church in Selma, we have been given their church building and the opportunity to honor what has come before while building something new for the future.
Preparing for Launch
With the building now in hand, our focus is on preparing the campus for ministry. This includes:
- Remodeling children’s ministry spaces
- Creating safe, welcoming environments for families
- Equipping the campus for long-term impact
Our goal is to open the doors and begin weekly services on Mother’s Day 2026.
